About the Position

We’re hiring an experienced Business Analyst for a project in the UK telecommunications sector.

You will be responsible for capturing and structuring product and process knowledge, defining user flows, and building a scalable documentation framework. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Telco environments and is comfortable working with international stakeholders in English.

Required Technical Skills

• Confluence – Ability to build and maintain a structured knowledge base (Required)
• Process Documentation – User flows, screen specs, workflows (Required)
• Framework Design – Define and implement documentation frameworks (Required)
• English – Fluency for international communication (Required)

Desired Soft Skills

• Proactivity – Ability to lead documentation efforts from scratch (Preferred)
• Autonomy – Comfortable working independently in distributed environments (Preferred)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Previous experience in the Telco sector (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Confluence
• Fluency in English

Offered Conditions

• Salary: Around €2,000 net (depending on experience)
• Work model: Remote
• Contract: B2B option available
